Ingredients :‌

The main components of sesame flavor include aldehydes, phenols, ketones, lactones, pyrazines and other compounds.

 ‌In particular, the aldehydes are hexaldehyde, nonylaldehyde, furfural, jasmine aldehyde, isovaleraldehyde and so on; 

Phenols include thiophenol, guaiacol, 4-ethyl guaiacol, eugenol, etc. Ketones include dihydrofuranone, methylcyclopentenolone, etc.

 Lactones include propyl octanolactone and propyl nonolactone; Pyrazines include 2-methylpyrazine, 2, 5-dimethylpyrazine, etc.

 Other ingredients include 2-acetyl pyrrole, 2-acetyl pyridine, benzothiazole, etc. ‌
